New Jersey Youth Sailing Foundation is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization that advances youth sailing across New Jersey. NJYSF supports, coordinates, and promotes education, training, and other activities that encourage the joy of sailing among regional youth and an appreciation for our marine environment.

New Jersey Youth Sailing Foundation is pleased to announce a US Sailing Small Boat Instructor Level 1 course hosted by Lavallette Yacht Club (Lavallette, NJ) on June 5-7, 2026. The course will be led by instructors Leanne Jones and Kevin Gunn.

Three New Jersey schools sent 4 teams to the Mid-Atlantic Girls Championship on November 15-16. Hosted by Youth Sailing Virginia, the national invitational regatta featured 36 teams from Maine to Florida.
