Half-day training session for BBYRA instructors focused on sharing knowledge, building confidence, and strengthening our commitment to safe, high-quality sailing instruction this summer. The training will feature small-group sessions on rigging fundamentals, sailor engagement, and on-water safety, followed by time to connect and socialize with fellow BBYRA instructors. 

Junior Coordinators from BBYRA clubs are invited to join the safety and socializing sessions at the end of the day.
